If you prefer a house without stairs, you can opt for our Villa n. 2, located in the same park The guests of each villa access independently from a beautiful avenue entirely adorned with tall trees and flowering plants, visible from the photos published. Furthermore, the villa has a private outdoor space furnished with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs, which make the private area very pleasant, livable and exclusive. Guests will have access to the entire house and the exclusive garden that surrounds it, as well as a parking space in the surrounding park avenue. However, during the summer, access to cars registered to people residing in Campania is prohibited on the entire island of Ischia. Please note that accommodation is limited to a maximum of four people I give my guests space but am available when they need them Inside the overall structure there is staff responsible for maintaining the surrounding garden and cleaning the common areas and taking care of each individual garden. The person in charge is also, compatibly with daily commitments, available to guests to satisfy any requests relating to the use of the house that may be formulated, outside of the internal cleaning of the house, and to provide prompt assistance to guests for approximately four hours on working days before holidays included.
