"Overall this was a good stay. The riverfront, Cockburn’s & a fantastic Fado restaurant is within easy walking distance Our choice of room was double-booked & we were given the larger house. The ac had been turned off because the nights were cool. The problem was the day was very warm & the house was stuffy and we were told that we couldn’t leave the door open. The owner turned the ac on later in the night & it was very pleasant afterward."

"We were a big family group of 23 persons from 1 to 70 years of age. There were plenty of bathrooms - the grown ups had seperate rooms, and the teenagers shared their rooms but it worked well. It is a very charming house with lots of space especially outside. "Great location for visiting Porto. Close to important museums and castles. Many dining options close as well as a very complete supermarket. Each unit is fully furnished with bathroom and small kitchen. Would recommend to any travelers to Porto."

"This is a beautiful property. Two couples stayed in the villa. Unfortunately the rain was incessant so we were not able to use the outdoor patio and pool. But it was an ideal base to explore Porto, the staff was superb, and the breakfast set us up for the day."

"Fantastic location and room! Just that parking is not near by if you are driving so one has to unload about 100 meters away and walk here. Taxis can come up to front of the hotel but not private cars . Otherwise you can’t beat the location for the convenience!"
