"This property is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every part of the property. The pool, pier, kayaking, bicycling and the boat dock. A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe!"

"Sunset Gecko is the ideal condo for two couples. Lots of room inside and two outside decks to sit and have a drink or read a book. Our group really enjoyed the roof top pool and views. The condo was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The staff kept the outside tidy and housekeeping did a great job on the inside. The condo is a bit of a walk to get to the sidewalk area and main part of Placencia so we rented a golf cart. This made grocery shopping easier and we were able to explore...

"Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool."

"The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place."

"Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are. "This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool."

"The pictures of the house are very accurate. Shane was outstanding and proactive in his communications concerning the property and our stay - really couldn't have been better. The pool and space underneath the house is fabulous. Would stay there again without a doubt."
