"This was our third stay at Sandy Balls. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly and the units are always spotless. We have a welcome gift for our dog (which is much appreciated!) and the facilities are great on site (the restaurants and pool). Some of the other residents were not so great, but that is to be expected on any UK staycation type place - unless you have the entire place to yourself, there are always people that don't get along. The Sandyballs team (Especially the out of hours...

"The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. The heating was easy to use and warmed up very quickly.The Indoor pool is warm and clean. The staff in Amelia's cafe were friendly. We would go again "

"Lovely location, nice mobile home but beds were very uncomfortable. Should have WiFi. And it is incomprehensible to me how staff can watch pool guests so diligently but still allow everyone in the pool without washing or showering. It’s gross and you could save tonnes of chlorine."
