"Perfect spot for a long weekend in Newport. Easy walk to downtown area. Found street parking right outside but could see it being an issue later in the spring or definitely summer. The apartment is comfortable and nicely equipped. "

"We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. "

"Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return."

"We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again"

"Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. I thoroughly enjoyed not just the place itself but how quick of a drive it was to downtown Newport. The host, Bryan was also VERY responsive, answering any questions in...

"My family has been going to Newport RI for years. We love the area. This year we found “The Costal Cottage Loft” located in Jamestown RI. What a beautiful loft, location, and amazing town. Great beach / summer vacation vibe and very clean. The local town has amazing restaurants like Beech with a great indoor and outdoor environment. The food was outstanding. Jamestown was a nice alternative from the busy downtown Newport. We still visited Newport for our favorite locations but coming back to...

"Perfect location to enjoy downtown Newport. Easy walk or uber to Cliff walk. Our host was super thoughtful, leaving us snacks and wine and offering her cell for anything we needed. Beautiful space with lovely yard and garden. Couldn’t.have asked for anything else."
