"What a great experience, gorgeous property offering an experience that's truly unique in the middle of nature. Best shower of my life in the outside in the sunlight lol. The tents get cold at night and there is no heater, just heated blankets in the bed. There were nights where we were really cold and there was nothing we could do about it. Bring socks and sweatshirts and sweatpants and you might be good. The food in the restaurant is delicious and so beautifully presented, the food is a 5/5...

"Amazing place with AMAZING staff. A pradise. Estefany who is the Guest experience manager was amazing and our kids loved her. We did too. ALL the staff were amazing. The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking....
