"This was a great 2 day!!! Room was perfectly located by the ocean. Around a lot of food and shopping. Parking was easy, check in and out were easy. Thanks for decorating for my birthday. I will return "

"Vi nød 7 dage på dette fantastiske sted. Har aldrig været så forkælet af personalet om det så var strandfolkene, rengøringen, restauranterne,lobbyen, barene, alle var yderste servicemindede.
Beliggenhed 10/10.
Det eneste minus var at alt er lukket ned efter kl 2200, men så var der jo roomservice 24/7. Så vi kommer der meget gerne igen. "

"Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Close to everything. Very clean and beautiful decor. Very nice breakfast. We loved our 5 night stay. Only thing is that they play nonstop Housemusic at the pool - so if you seeking a quite place you might want to reconsider this hotel. "

"Overall the room was roomy and clean and the bathroom was huge and the shower was great.
The pool area is super small and doesn’t seem like it fits the hotels capacity. We stayed on the 4th floor, right underneath the pool and we had a super strange smell present in the room at all times. It was a mix of chlorine and mold. The beds are extremely soft and kinda swallows you.

"Meget hyggeligt hotel liggende ud til vandet. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Rolige omgivelser lidt nord for Tulum. Lej en bil fra start, så er det nemt.
Maden var OK. Vi spiste om aftenen i Tulum.
Mest døde koraller i vandet udenfor hotellet. Vi købte badesko af samme grund. Skønneste badebro med mulighed for massage.

"Staff was friendly fr check.in to check out. This is going to be a premier spot when they finish building the restaurant. It is under construction. That was one thing we learned the hard way but they are respectful and dont start super early in the morning. The private roof top pools are key. We will definitely book again"

"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us.
The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations.
The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium price. Service and quality justify the price, but it might obviously be too much for some.
For all who can stay in one room or do not need connecting rooms this hotel is highly recommended."
