They had some issues with the key to our room when we arrived, so they offered us an upgrade to a bigger ocean view room for half the stay, which was a nice gesture. They also gave us an extra free welcome drink because the upgraded room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm We came by rental car but parking wasn't an issue even though the hotel has limited parking.
