"We had the most incredible honeymoon at Maria Del Mar! Our concierge Santiago helped us to create an amazing itinerary and adapted for us as we made changes! They also recommended a wonderful taxi driver, Armando, who graciously took us to each excursion and offered expert advice to help us enjoy as much as possible :) Edgar, Enrique, and Sergio at the front desk were always ready to chat and help if needed. The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. "Loved the rustic look of the rooms with all the creature comforts included (AC, mini fridge, hot water, etc.). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was great, both in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs and currency exchange offices within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, very unfortunate that the sargassum kept us from the beach, but that's not the hotel's fault."
"I had the ocean view suite, it was absolutely beautiful! I love the boho chic style. It is such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The Moro restaurant in the hotel is insanely good. The food is delicious. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
They also have these very cute activities that are included. I also liked that the bike renting was included so you could just borrow a bike and explore the area.

"Fantastisk 4-dages ophold på Maya Tulum, hvor vi nød værelset, roen og den fantastiske strand.
Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Beliggenhed af hotellet er meget roligt og der er rigeligt restauranter indenfor gåafstand.
Kontinental morgenmaden er ikke noget at råbe hurra for, det kunne med fordel opdateres og matche resten af hotellets høje kvalitet!

"We came from a really bad 5 star hotel to Mi Amor, and we wished we had stayed here longer. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room spacious and clean and the restaurant absolutely amazing. Best food we had in Tulum. Def coming back if we ever visit Tulum again. "
"We stayed 3 lovely nights in the ocean front master suite. It was the best decision ever. Huge room and the most fantastic private terrace. We enjoyed the views and also the room itself with lots of space beside the comfy bed. Nice a la carte breakfast every morning with your toes in the sand. "

Vi havde egen lille pool samt udgang til en større pool, vi benyttede dog den store fælles pool da der var mest sol her.
Vi fik roomservice til aftensmad, som meget simpelt foregik via whats app bestilling.
Maden var også ganske fin, både hvad angik aftensmad og morgenbuffet....
"Overall one of the best hotels in Tulum,the beach, pool and view is perfect, no loud music and still close to everything in Tulum where it all happens.
Only thing which could be better is the difference between quality of food and drinks depending what restaurant or bar it’s ordered by. Don’t know why but sometimes the same drinks and food experience varies from time to time."
