Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . The village does have little shops, restaurants etc you can visit too aswell which isn’t far from the hotel . The hotel...

"Udemærket hotel som er lidt slidt. Vi købte en opgradering til pool værelse med Ocean View. Hotellet er dyrt i forhold til standen på værelset. God morgenmad og fin strand. Dog meget blæsende og meget tang. Det kan være årstiden. Fin service som er god efter Mexicanske forhold. "

"This will be a “love/hate” rating The staff was very friend and solved issues. But had to make them aware of upgrade. And the upgrade did not feel like an upgrade. See attached picture. A old jacuzzi and “backyard” with nothing (see picture). Breakfast came with the booking but we also had to remind the staff about this. The hotel itself is nice "

"We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning!
