"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. Having breakfast included also made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-organised and comfortable,...

"We loved our stay at Mi Amor - it’s in the national park, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring and then relaxing at the hotel. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is just very relaxing. The beds are so comfy, you’ll have a great sleep :) "

"Excellent customer service from all the staff. Meals were thoughtfully curated. Beach view was something we looked forward ti each day we were there. Very quiet. Neighbouring beaches are within short walks or a shuttle."

"The rooms are large and comfortable, and the courtyard is genuinely lovely — there’s a lot of potential here. Unfortunately, the overall experience falls short of what the property could be. Staffing is very limited, and service suffers as a result. The rooftop pool in particular feels like a missed opportunity: it’s virtually impossible to get a drink, and the area itself has clearly seen better days. Breakfast is extremely basic — honestly closer to a Holiday Inn level than what you’d expect...

"Absolutely fantastic stay"

"The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

"Skip this place. It’s gross and they make zero accommodations outside of the rental agreement. We booked for a week. Arrived and realized how awful the property was a booked elsewhere. Understood that it was no refundable, but as a business owner to avoid a review like that you would think they would have met us half way and refunded as least a portion of the 6 nights. Also, if you don’t speak any Spanish at all, you’ll have a very hard time checking in. Sad that this was such a huge...

"Great staff, okay breakfast and free loungechairs. The sea was a bit rough, and it’s about 4 kilometers from the next beach, so bear that in mind if you book. Punta piedra is quieter, which is both good and bad. :)"

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. "

"Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....
