"The three of us have all finally retired! We decided to escape to Shipshewana. The cottage was everything we could have wanted and more! Close to town and easy to get to nearby towns as well. Cottage was fully equipped in supplies. Carla was quick to respond to all my questions- we had some car problems and she gave suggestions to a friendly neighborhood auto service company. "We just returned from a trip to the dunes, and this place was absolutely perfect for our family of four with a senior dog! I know other reviews have said the pictures don’t do it justice, and that is definitely true! The place was clean, gorgeously located with the beach in view along with the Chicago skyline. "Property was perfect and made a nice beach side stop over for my trip. Host was literally the best. Thought of everything their guests could possible need or need to know. Also was very quick with responses , including when I accidentally locked myself out of the rental while bringing in luggage. If you’re looking for bookings in this area, just stop and get this one already. You definitely won’t regret it."
