"Loved the comfortable beds, the owners have obviously taken great care to keep the property updated. 2 bedrooms and one bath on main floor made it easy for those that can’t do stairs. Another sleeping area and bath upstairs, all well arranged. Keurig coffee maker works great! Very clean and tidy. A home away from home. Jacinda was fast to respond to any questions and very hospitable! Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!"

"Pretty nice interior overall. A few dated and frayed items but overall high quality in general. You can tell the host/hostess is kind, leaving small items around the rental that increase the feeling of being at home. I would caution that it is clear that pets are allowed at the location, it is clearly disclosed however i didn't previously notice until we arrived. If thats not a factor for you, I would recommend this rental."

"We had to come down for a few days to take care of some family business. The place was perfect. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Communication was fast and the garage was a huge bonus! Only suggestion would be to put a TV in the master bedroom…especially during March Madness😉 We will definitely stay here again if we have to come back down."

"This apartment is actually nicer than it’s photos. April has done a very nice job of refinishing the hardwood floors and converting this former Arthur Murray dance studio into a very nice, and very large apartment. Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs. The beds were both very comfortable to us, and the unit was very clean. I will definitely check...

"My husband, two grown sons and I stayed for my other sons graduation. The location was so convenient and we could walk everywhere. Condo was easy to access, clean, fully equipped and as advertised. Perfect place to stay when attending any ND events."

"We rented the three properties listed on VRBO - one through VRBO and the other two outside of VRBO. The location is great and as described - on a channel just off a quieter bay on the main lake. There is plenty of room for parking vehicles, trailers and boats, and plenty of room outside to hang out, and there is a nice firepit.
