"We had the best stay in the lake house on Big Chapman Lake! Spacious but still small enough for close family time. The house was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of blankets/pillows to go around. The sectional in the great room was perfect for family movie nights. We loved turning the A/C off to open the sliding glass doors allowing the cool Indiana air to come in. Most of the time we were there it was rainy, but the games in the garage kept us entertained. "We LOVED the cozy cottage. We were a family of 5 who lived and stayed comfortably here. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the evening. We will absolutely be returning! "

"Was a comfy cozy spot to sit, relax, and just talk. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The most comfortable i have ever slept on. The fireplace was beautiful and functional. It gave off heat or just soft light. We drove to the outlet mall and 2 farmers markets. We had an amazing mother daughters weekend and will definitely come back again."

"The cleanliness of the home was definitely lacking. We travel a great deal all over the US and always opt for home/flat rentals. Typically they are spotless and comfortable. This one was far from clean. The stove was dirty, rbe floors looked like they hadn't been swept, the window panes had debris/dirt. The coffee pot looked like it was dirty, but perhaps it was just stained. The ice/water feature of the refrigerator wasn't operational which was very annoying. We also check that ice and water...

"Wow! It was like opening the door to a boutique hotel! The house was immaculately clean. We marveled at the attention to detail and creative use of every space. The beautiful wooded view from the sunny front room and tasteful decor throughout make this a special retreat. Our dog loved swimming in Lake Michigan (before 10am and after 6pm) however it was much too far for us to walk! We would absolutely stay here again!"
