"We stayed 2 nights aboard Ramble On Rose during the 4th of July. We watched the fireworks from Port Clinton and other areas on top deck. What a show! We had an amazing time! "Far more enjoyable than any hotel - you get a personalized sunset view from the upper decks of the houseboat. It's like camping, but even better without the camp-bugs. The bathrooms are at the end of the dock, but are spacious and clean. We came on a holiday weekend, so had special treats of fireworks visible to the west, a festival downtown, delicious food everywhere - and even dock parties with live music one night and a DJ another. Very relaxing atmosphere and we will be back!"

"We accepted the fact that we booked this condo with nothing to do on this island. This particular condo was janky. The overall layout and view at this building is great. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean. We tried to air it out, but there were holes all over the screen to the balcony. So it was bugs all night or the smell. The towels reeked; like they were washed without soap and left in...

"This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out. The home is very spacious and receives beautiful natural lighting during the day. Deck was great, kitchen was stocked, and furniture was comfortable.
