"We arrived late in the PM so went to bed immediately The next AM we saw there was a door from our "private" apt; which opened into the apt. above us. The door was wide open and neither we (nor the people in the upper apt.) had a key. Called the "host" and asked for a key to be provided.Response was that we should continue with our plans to go out as "only the people upstairs had access" and they had been checked out - required several calls to finally get the key and secure our "private" apt. ...

We did have 5 people, and the 5th person had the air mattress to sleep on and it ran out of air (they had to sleep on the couch), but when we talked with the hosts, they reimbursed us for the extra person, which was great.
