There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down...

"Very noisy location, heavybtrafficvfromnEl Camino Real. Very cumbersome use of Latch app. Early check in did not work; cystomer support nit able to solve issues. Waited three and half hours to get access. Clean apartment and comfortable beds."

"Place was nice and clean. Kitchen access was important due to dietary restrictions and home was good for what we needed. Parking situation was a little confusing as we had two vehicles during our stay. Weather was cool so window AC was sufficient."
