"We were a group of 14 people - 4 kids, 8 adults, visiting the villa for a week in September. It's a very quiet, huge place, well maintained and furnished with a lot of style. The open space is great, the kids were playing around for hours. Plus sides: plenty of space in the house, all the equipment you need for your stay (cooking, washing, bbq, etc.).
