"The air went out once, but they fixed it immediately. It kept the room cold. A couple of the lightbulbs were out, the towel rack came out of the wall, but we were able to place it back in the wall. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. "

"A great little hotel with an unlikely location on the fifth floor of a tall, modern building in the heart of Cartagena’s walled historic centre. Our room - standard with king bed - was extremely spacious and included a balcony that looked over the main, “clock tower” square. I really don’t think the location could have been any better.
