"The house is as described, and Lisa and Andy were very helpful hosts. We particularly liked how well-equipped the kitchen was, the quietness of the house, and birdwatching at the lake. The lake is quite large, and we had it to ourselves. It is about 20 m from the front door of the house, reached via the car parking space. "

"Ich habe in Frankreich schon viele Gîtes kennengelernt, dieses jedoch hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Die alte Bausubstanz ist sehr schön erhalten und mit modernem Komfort ergänzt. Ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, ein gut funktionierender Kamin, bequeme Betten, viel Platz, ein Swimmingpool und das schöne Schloss, ein gutes Restaurant und eine gemütliche Kneipe. Der Schlossherr spricht fließend Englisch und ist bei allen Fragen behilflich. Was mich dazu bewogen hat, trotz meiner wirklich großen...

"We had a fantastic relaxing stay during August. The gite is beautiful and very well equipped, even fans available for those hot nights. Hosts were very friendly and attentive to our requirements if asked. Overall i would highly recommend this gite."

I would like to thank both Mario and Ilse for being wonderful hosts, we received such a warm welcome and were afforded absolute privacy throughout our stay even though they were always on hand if anything was needed.The cottage is beautiful and so well equipped its a real home from home, with a full size larder fridge and an under the counter freezer there is plenty of room for you to stock up on groceries and forget that the world outside...

"Really lovely gite, lots of space inside and out. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Ruth & Adrian were great hosts, there if needed but never intrusive. Bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated too. Lots to do in the local area. We had a fabulous two week stay. Beautiful hand made baskets to purchase as a souvenir too. "

"It was lovely! Karyn is a friendly host and the house is cozy and spacious. But the real highlights are outside. A lovely pool surrounded by beautiful plants and a large garden to walk, play or just sit in."
