Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. " Thank you for your patience with us who are not air-b professionals for giving us extra instructions on how to us your facility. The only thing was that maybe you could replace/clean some of the stuff in the cupboards with newer cleaner things. Oils were a couple of years old and things seemed unclean. I cleaned the instruction book so hopefully it looked better. "

"Alice's place was fantastic for a few friends and I attending a Stanford reunion. The place was easy walking distance from both Stanford's campus and California Ave (incl the Caltrain stop), making the trip easy even without a car. Thank you so much Alice!"

The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all."

"The property was just perfect for our family. It had what we needed for our toddler and was a comfortable, beautiful place to stay. "

"My Wife had to have surgery at Stanford. This lovation was perfect. Clean, Quiet, and nice area to walk around. Plenty of food within walking distance as well as whole foods!!! They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "We loved johnnys place and he always got right back to us when we needed something. It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. Being about to not get in car again was priceless. "

"Great for my married daughter and I for a destination wedding. Met all expectations. "

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"Walter and Celina really go the extra mile in their property care. The unit is immaculate and inviting. Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information. Would definitely and plan on staying again."

"The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own."

The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get."

"The hotel did not live up to the reviews at all. The AC could not be turned off, so it was a constant 28 degrees in the room. None of the channels worked. We got a new room twice, but it didn't help with the missing TV channels. Besides the three shortcomings mentioned above, their Hot tub is turned off and decommissioned, even though their pictures on their website show otherwise. There was a lot of noise from the ventilation system out in the hallway, even though we had switched off ours in the room. The cleaning was inadequate and the hotel is very worn. Can't recommend this hotel. We have still not received compensation from Hotels.com, to which the hotel says we must complain."
