"Can't beat the location if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. Rented this spot for my parents who were visiting from out of town, and it was super convenient for them to just walk down and enjoy Santana Row. My mom really liked grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around in the morning. Johnny was a super communicative host and provided detailed and accurate information about check-in and parking. He was quick to respond to questions and checked in to make sure we got into the place...

"My son and I stayed for 3 nights in May, 2024. The unit was clean and neat; plenty of space for 4-5 people. Covered parking was available at the rear of the unit; on street parking was also available. The neighborhood was quiet, close to freeway and easily accessible to shopping, attractions, etc. Communication with the owner was convenient and prompt. I would highly recommend this unit!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Johnny's Santana Row condo. Check in was very easy and the unit was well-appointed. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. "I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"The condo was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a mall and plenty of activities to enjoy in and around San Jose. The host went out of his way to provide instructions for accessing the building and parking garage. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"Location excellent, unit good size, very clean, well equipped. Great unit to people watch down below in Santana Row. Crowds come on the weekends. The internet speed is slow for my needs. I use it for hospital EMR so xrays, MRI’s, CT’s and charting."

"2.5 Stars The location is prime. Santana Row is a fun, vibrant area with great energy. The loft was, sadly, not what I expected. I found it to be dirty and because of this very uncomfortable. The entire unit was dusty, the couch was stained, the pillows on the bed were stained & old looking, the cooking utensils and pots/pans had old food on them and did not look like they were recently washed, the shower curtain was moldy (this was replaced during my stay after I mentioned it to the owner)....

"Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. I will be back anytime I visit the area. I would recommend to...
