"We loved this house. We only stayed two nights, but I could've stayed here several more days. We had dinner prepared by Lillian before our arrival so we didn't have to worry about going out for dinner that night. It was wonderful and lasted us a couple of days. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an amazing magical place! The hosts are the sweetest in the world and made us feel like family. I got a tour of their garden and it was magical! I learned so much and I would come back here any time I could. Honestly, the best Vrbo/host etc experience I’ve ever had and I am so glad to have met them. Also the best sunsets you’ll ever see, and please check out the La casita restaurant it’s close and to die for!"

"We stayed in Casa Verde for 3 days while we explored Monteverde. I love the location as it was away from the town but relatively close. We could walk to the Cloud Forest (make sure you get your passes first though). The house itself was well stocked, although it could have used a heat source as it was pretty cold at night. We took advantage of the hot tub which was a nice treat after our day hikes. Highly recommend checking out El Tigre Waterfalls and Selvatura while in the area. "

"This was a amazing trip, don't get me wrong. The property is a little run down and there was zero comfortable seating to just relax and visit. Alex was AMAZING and very accommodating. The properties location would be perfect except it is down a very very long very very rough road. It doesn't matter where or what you are wanting to do it's at least a hour drive. We loved how it was tucked away under the large trees, and the children absolutely loved the daily monkey visits.
