"We were in Boulder for our son’s graduation. The property was a short (less than 10 minute) drive to campus and great hiking trails, and a 4 block walk to Pearl Street. The property was newly renovated and impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!"

"From the moment I booked, the manager was extremely helpful! She answered every question I had and gave me more, appreciated information. The unit was absolutely cleaned meticulously!! There is everything you could possibly need for a stay there and more!! Everything you would need for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and more!! "The place is peaceful and beautiful"

"Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip."

"Super convenient location with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Cozy and clean. I slept in the full-sized Murphy bed and my college aged son slept on the sofa bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals with groceries we brought. Would stay again!"

Celia who lives upstairs is a fabulous host & can tell that she'd interact as much or little as you'd prefer.
