"Easy to book, locate, and access! I usually stay at IHG properties but I will consider these in the future. The no contact experience was so easy to use. The property itself was so clean, had chilled water in the fridge and complimentary cookies. The AC was excellent. The walk in shower and studio was plenty of room for 2 adults. The location is great for anyone looking to spend time at CSU or old town Fort Collins."

"Bring your own towels; theirs will leave a white residue and cloth bits on your skin (I tried multiple towels). They have a smart TV in the room, the property was quiet, walking distance to Chipotle and local restaurants, and small driving distance to both Walmart and other shopping centers. "La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si...

"The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...
