"This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town."

"La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si...

"This place was in a great location. You could take a short walk to find a place to eat, get coffee or shop at the Whole Foods market around the corner. The kitchen had plenty of storage containers, pots and pans and utensils. The parking was great. When it was raining, we could park and get into our rental without getting wet. "

"We visited Denver for a volleyball tournament taking place at the convention center. Perfect location! We went to Evergreen Mountains (40 minutes away. I took my son to Meow Wolf, I think I enjoyed it more than he did. James was a great host, very responsive. The place was amazing! Amazing views! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed 16th street Mall! 5 stars! "
