"Overall the hotel was a nice experience. But it's clearly ready for a refurbishment... a bit old and worn. But overall the facilities were nice and well functioning. The reception were fast, friendly and easy to work with. The restaurant/kitchen staff were nice and friendly, but also quite slow. Waiting an hour for a "fast lunch snack" makes no sense - especially as we were the only table. The pasta was nice, but fried meats isn't there speciality I guess ;) . The golf course looked great,...

"Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."
