"Nice rooms and staff, the issues of this hotel is behind in the supervision and management. Impossible to get two same meals served the same way. Lack of staff and non organised kitchens are one of the reasons. I am not a complainer and we had good times, and everything on the surface looks good. "Nice rooms, excellent service in the rooms and on the beach. This was a former ritz Carlton and the service is at that level. My only small complaint is that the gym could be bigger but it is more than adequate for most people with ample cardio equipment, a weight workout circuit, and dumbbells. Nonetheless could use a rowing machine but again it’s a small complaint "
