"The resort is beautiful. We stayed on the adults side only which I would definitely recommend if you do t have littles. The food wasn't great and getting reservations is a must."

"The resort landscaping is beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the staff was all really friendly. The only suggestion I would have is have another option for eating between 4pm-6pm. We arrived for checkin at 2:45 and due to the amount of guests that arrived at the same time we were not done till 4pm and at that point the only options we had were snacks at the buffet, coffee shop, and room service that took and hour to get our food. "Great location - Hotel is very central close to the beach, restaurants/bars, public transportation etc. Can be some noise at night if room is out to the street due to central location. Nice rooftop and very nice rooms. "

"Overall the room was roomy and clean and the bathroom was huge and the shower was great. The pool area is super small and doesn’t seem like it fits the hotels capacity. We stayed on the 4th floor, right underneath the pool and we had a super strange smell present in the room at all times. It was a mix of chlorine and mold. "The resort was great also was the staff,the maid service was excellent. Now unfortunately the bad news, the Italian restaurant was the best of all, Loli was terrible, great service but lously food. Drinks were just OK but being free I guess you can't complain. The buffet restaurant items looked good but lacked flavor. Breakfast buffet was alright and the person making omlettes was good. I'll give a nine on the resort, but only a five on the food."

"Very clean property and hospitable staff. The food was 7/10 not much flavor. But a lot of varieties . Love the green juice bar. Lots of entertainment. The beach was nice but lots of seaweed that was constantly being cleaned up but the scenery is still so beautiful . When you tip well you get serviced better and the staff lives on tips. $1 does not suffice sad that that’s what people mostly tip . A very touristy resort mostly timeshare holders.
