"Excellent séjour en famille. Nous recherchions un appartement au calme et c'était parfait. Piscine à 4 mn à pieds ou nous étions seuls. Cette résidence se situe dans un domaine de golf mais donnd accès aux piscine plage et structure des hôtel Bahia Principe. Nous y sommes donc allé pour voir, et la on a pas regretté notre choix. Ved ankomsten blev vi informeret om, at alle deres a la carte restauranter var fuldt bookede, selvom der syntes at være ledige borde, hvilket virkede som en bevidst strategi for at dirigere gæsterne hen til bufférestauranten, der desværre ikke kunne leve op til forventningerne. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. "The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family.
