"The only two things I liked in this hotel is the restaurant food and that the hotel was big so there’s a lot of walking places. The ocean is OK this time it was a little dirty, but overall it’s not bad, but I would give it a one star for the food other than the restaurants. The restaurant food was amazing 10 out of 10 the buffets were probably a two out of 10 and the drinks were one out of 10. "We very much enjoyed our stay @ Sian Kahn. Here is why. This property is smaller than the other Bahia Principe properties. Our room was literally right at the 3 pools and restaurant there. We had very little walking. So close to the main lobby, buffet and spa. Yes, the shuttle (which were is good shape and safe) took us to the other properties whenever we wanted. "This hotel have not been maintained for decades.
When you finally got in touch with the staff they were very friendly. But both the restaurant and pool bar was abandoned for long periods.

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "
