Hoteller nær National Army Museum

"Dark and gloomy room in the basement. Told us it was an upgrade. Couldn’t open the curtains, people walking on the street could look in . They did not clean our room, we had to ask for the room to get cleaned at 3:45 p.m The wine glass in the room had such a terrible smell we had to poor the wine out ( thought it was bad wine, then we discovered that the water tasted the same. Ruined an expensive bottle of wine. Nice garden. Great location. Would I stay here again? No"

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

"From the very beginning to the end, the staff, the services, the way they take pride in having their guests. It’s perfect, and the restaurant - juat vauw! You have to eat here, the chef is preparing to be Michelin quality ready, and the food is Michelin star quality. The brunch is perfect, and the rooms were perfect too, and the bar it self also. I will stay here again for sure. A I give the Franklin my biggest recommendation, I hope they will receive their Michelin star one day, they deserve...
