For the Price and standard this hotel wants to project, the breakfast buffet is really below par. Very limitid selection, especially in fresh fruit, eggs, dairy, breads and baked goods. You can order “luxury” eggs like Benedict at ekstra charge, and also pancakes/waffles But at a 4-5 star hotel I would expect pancakes or waffles to be standard, like I would expect scrambled, fried and soft/hard boiled eggs to be standard. To be fair, the scrambled eggs was good, as was the sausages and bacon, really good quality. But on the other hand, the bread, toast and other baked goods was really poor quality. Unlike Joel in the morning, I found Joel in the evening to be really good, and high quality. The sushi place on the other hand, worst sushi ever! Chewy Toro, wft! The hotel location is good, except that right now Westminster bridge is under construction, so traffic is murder around the hotel. Rooms are nice and big and generally in good condition, except the bathroom. Water pressure on the higher floors is really low, and the showerheads are leaky as are seals around edges, so expect water everywhere. Ohh and expect fire alarms, lots of fire alarms both day and night!
