"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms.
The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.

"It was a great stay.
Nice and central which was fantastic. You could go out, come back for 30 min and go out again, without feeling like you missed any time!
The room was very nice and cozy, albeit a bit small, but I worked great for me and my friend.
The only thing I could comment on, is the facts that it’s very dark in the lobby, you feel like it’s always night."
"Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel.. the staff made me so uncomfortable and made me cry.. I was rejected at the spa area because I’m pregnant (19 weeks) they said it was hotel policy but it’s not stated anywhere at all, so I wasn’t welcome at the spa or gym because their insurance didn’t cover.. I chose this specific hotel because they had a spa, as I wanted to relax after hours of shopping, however I was told I couldn’t use any of their facilities (spa and gym facilities) and when I questioned if I couldn’t decide that myself I was very rudely asked “would you really risk your unborn child for a spa?” Which obviously made me feel really uncomfortable and upset as a first time mum going a way with a friend for a weekend of shopping and spa.. When we spoke with the “manager”, there was no understanding or any apology at all. "

I recently had a fantastic stay at St. James Court, A Taj Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant local atmosphere. The only downside was the limited natural daylight in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."

Hotellet er nyrenoveret på en skøn måde. Dejlige værelser. Skøn morgenbuffet, den bedste jeg har oplevet gennem årene i London. Meget sødt, venligt, hjælpsomt og servicemindet personale. "Værelset nr 404 havde en enkelt seng, hvor mine fødder stak ud. Meget støj fra gaden selvom jeg boede på 4 etage.
Vandet var meget langsomt løbende ud af bruseren, og svært at indstille til den rigtige temperatur.
Meget lys indfald gennem sprækker ved døren og ved gardinerne.
