"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"Amazing location and beautiful! I was there for a conference and this location saved me about 15 minutes of walking each way which over 4 days ads up. The accommodations were top notch. "I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. "The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

"Owners are very clear about what is provided so we knew to expect to have to pick up supplies beyond the starter ones provided. The evenings were always quiet so you didn’t hear neighbors. The bed is a soft, pillow top style (so if you prefer a firm mattress, you likely won’t sleep well). We had a pleasant stay. "Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft alle sauber und die Wohnung/Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Von den anderen Bewohnern im Aparmentkomplex haben wir kaum etwas gehört. Allein die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich."

"We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."

"Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!"
