"This incredible piece of historyay not be right for someone that wants access to room service and additional amenities, but if you're looking for a rustic, nature-filled experience, THIS IS IT!!! There are deer, many beautiful birds, butterflies, etc. The cabin is immaculate and has everything you need for a great experience. I marvel that it was built in 1790! If I'm lucky enough, maybe I'll get to stay again sometime. "

"We loved the place and will likely return. Very clean and quiet with plenty of room for 2 people. My wife was nervous each time we went in or out because there is a large wasp nest directly over the door. Also we were awakened each morning at 6:30 by the squirrels in the rafters. We were in a rural area and those things happen and didn't change our happy vacation. "

"This is a lovely cabin and we absolutely enjoyed our stay for our annual sisters trip. We had long days in Nashville and it was nice to return to tranquility where we relaxed watching movies or playing cards. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the cabin was furnished with everything you could possibly need. We had a little issue with heater and smoke detectors but the property manager was very responsive sending someone to check on us. The only downfall was the highway traffic if...
