"The hotel is lovely. Lots of little touches in the room and excellent service from all of the staff. The pub is perfect. Great service, great food, lovely beer garden and beautifully decorated. It’s the kind of pub/hotel you want as your local. "

Måtte tage på pub, da der ikke var til at få bord om aftenen. Morgenmad: bord SKAL bestilles dagen i forvejen og to dage i forvejen, hvis man ikke vil spise enten meget tidligt eller meget...
"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking.
Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden.

"Our double bed has one side down not equally flattened. My husband slept that side the first night. He got back pain the next day. I took his side the next night which he did told me about the trouble of his night earlier. I woke up at 4 with bad pain on the back. So I went to Starbucks for coffee- I couldn’t sleep anymore. Good that my husband got the good slept so he could continue driving for the rest of our trip. Furniture and bed can be improved.. please be aware .."

Der var ombygning i gang af hotellets restaurant og bar - det var løst ok i andre lokaler - men ikke nær så hyggeligt som sidste år, hvor vi også boede på dette hotel.

"Very kind staff and excellent breakfast. Those two combined made up for the lacking housekeeping and the weak internet in the room. Breakfast was awesome, and internet much better in the restaurant, so I might use that for online work and meetings next time around. Location is great - right next to the train station, and the bus connection to LHR airport is smooth :-)"

"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"Hava and her team were wonderful, and did everything to make our stay the best as it could be. They upgraded us for free, and they went out of their way to cater to food allergies when their breakfast menu included mostly gluten items. The room was a little used, but it was clean and we had our towels changed three times as well as a new pair of sheets during our stay. Epsom was a good decision to stay in as, despite the location, there wasn't much noise coming from the road, and there were...

"The entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful. "
