"Hava and her team were wonderful, and did everything to make our stay the best as it could be. They upgraded us for free, and they went out of their way to cater to food allergies when their breakfast menu included mostly gluten items. The room was a little used, but it was clean and we had our towels changed three times as well as a new pair of sheets during our stay. "Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice. For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff. "

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack!
