"Very nice and quiet getaway in the hills. The house and surroundings are excellent. The pool is clean and perfect for swimming laps (14 m long) and 1-1,5 m depth. The area does not have a lot to offer but the places recommended by Sabina were excellent. The Marmore waterfalls are just an hour away and worth a trip. The same is the cosy city Orvieto. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"We have just got back from a fabulous stay at this property. Lovely place and super pool for a really relaxing stay. It was really hot but plenty of shady areas too. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Paola was so helpful making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as helping us with restaurant bookings! Super destination close to Rome - it is a shame that the station in Castelnuovo di Porto is currently closed but it was still easy to get into the city...

"Really fantastic pool, view and house. The house is located in the countrysside, not much to do/many restaurants around. However great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Aircondition works well. House is well equipped. The Ground floor bedrooms are a bit damp. And be aware that cats (cute) are use to be inside the house if you have allergy. We give it 5 solid stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
