"Phenomenal ocean view, wonderful staff, very good food especially the 2 a la carte restaurants. Our suite was very big, clean and overlooked the ocean.Only complaints are that the room doors slammed loudly which was annoying and our room was an adjoining one so we could hear the guests next door which was upsetting to us seeing how we paid a lot and we expected more privacy."

"Virkelig et hjælpsomt og venligt personale særligt Sebastian og en kvinde, som vi ikke fik navnet på. Vi ankom sent fra lufthavnen og var blevet snydt til at betale næsten 500 dollars til taxachaufføren. Kvinden i receptionen hjalp os med at tjekke overvågningskamera på taxaen og opfordrede os til at tage i lufthavnen igen og melde det til politiet. Det gjorde at vi fik næsten alle pengene tilbage. Vi havde nok ikke gjort det, hvis ikke hun havde opfordret os til det. Tak for hjælpen,...

"The rooms are okay - Great bathroom, new painted and cosy decoration. The pool area is okay but lots of birds in the pool. Doors and Windows are very old. No hot water and the hotel did not know when it come back. The only compensation was a free drink in the bar. I will not go there again…"

"It was extremely difficult to find the hotel, we walked around for 45 minutes to find the entrance to the building as it is part of a shopping mall complex. We called the front desk several times, they were of very little help to guide us on how to find the hotel. When you finally find the hotel, you have to go through 3 different lobbies to get registered before you finally get your room key. I complained to the Hotel that it was extremely difficult to find and they should send out information...

"It was fun to stay at the capsule hotel. It felt like staying in the flat from the movie The fifth element. It was surprisingly quiet too. It's a bit tricky to use public transportation from the hotel to the airport though, so you'll probably end up paying 350 pesos for the cab. "
