"The stay started with neighbour room fighting each other. We called reception to have them send someone to stop the fightning and noise. Later we went to bed without the figtning stopped, we had to sleep with the TV on. At 22:45 the fire alarm went off. We got up and walked outside and waited 30 minutes. It was a false alarm and we went back to bed. 01:30 the fire alarm went off again. Another false alarm. Our night and sleep was ruined. "

"My daughters and I had a great time. The only thing I may have a negative comment about would be the cleanliness of the pool, it did not seem to be on/filtering the water so it looked dirty. The staff in every area were so nice. Even the maintenance (?) man noticed we were struggling to get the luggage cart out of the elevator and he stopped what he was doing to help.
