"I really enjoyed my stay in St. Augustine! The location was so convenient—just a few minutes’ drive from historic attractions and great restaurants. The place was very clean and had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax after a day out exploring. The host was wonderful—very attentive, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions I had. It was perfect for my trip, and I’d gladly stay here again."

"The property Was as depicted including the warning about the trains which didn’t bother us but the actual location/ neighborhood was a little seedy. The backyard was a very nice quiet place to relax in the evening complete though with lights and a firepit. Inside was cute. We talked to Ryan about a few things missing. The biggest complaint would be the living room. It was just not very comfortable to sit and watch tv with just the 4 small chairs. Everything else we used was fine. "
