This adorable 10 acre water front property features a spacious 1100 sq/ft great room/ king size bed / 2 double beds , 1 sleeping couch,a dinnig table for 8 1 bathroom, kitchen/washer & dryer. And beds for additional guests. A perfect place just off the grid to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. We have a wedding party area available to rent from small gazebo to large tents for wedding in the field over looking the Marsh.

We have a list of outdoor activities for the entire family ranging from fishing trip options to kayaking, pickle-ball, tennis, bike trials by the ocean, over 10 miles long, history tours with a private Island, We can arrange boat trips to Cumberland Island with their rich American history and wild horses on the beach, and a English fort on the inlet. We are on the incoastal / inlet to the Atlantic ocean so this area has all the boating options as well. Our marsh is 4 miles by 12 miles and has all the wildlife that goes with marsh life.
