"The room was always spotless, and all of the staff was very pleasant. One suggestion I have is availability of water bottles as well as control over the room thermostat. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again"

"The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again."

"The stay started with neighbour room fighting each other. We called reception to have them send someone to stop the fightning and noise. Later we went to bed without the figtning stopped, we had to sleep with the TV on. At 22:45 the fire alarm went off. We got up and walked outside and waited 30 minutes. It was a false alarm and we went back to bed. 01:30 the fire alarm went off again. Another false alarm. Our night and sleep was ruined. "
