"The stay started with neighbour room fighting each other. We called reception to have them send someone to stop the fightning and noise. Later we went to bed without the figtning stopped, we had to sleep with the TV on. At 22:45 the fire alarm went off. We got up and walked outside and waited 30 minutes. It was a false alarm and we went back to bed. 01:30 the fire alarm went off again. Another false alarm. Our night and sleep was ruined. "

Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. "Room seemed fine when me and my family walked in. We later found 2 cockroaches and killed them but didn't think much of it. When we woke up at 5am to go see the sunrise at Atlantic Beach, which is near by, the room was crawling with cockroaches!!! They were on the wall, in the bath tub, on the table and the nightstands!!! We immediately began shaking out our luggage, packed all of our stuff and left!! Contacted Expedia and began a claim. I'm praying that we don't take any home with us."

"Although the location was excellent, I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms had visible mildew in the showers, which made the smell horrific anytime we needed to use the shower. It just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the space."

"Great beach front property with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Pool is decent size for the property with ample seating. The only complaint I have is the balcony was smaller than I thought it would be and there was only one chair out there."

"The hotel is literally steps away from the beach. My boyfriend and I had an awesome day at the beach. The hotel is in walking distance of a ton of different restaurants and bars. The water pressure in the faucets could have been better. The bedroom tv was not a smart tv and the living area sofa was somewhat small."
