"Excellent stay, owner was very responsive & helpful. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on those facilities but at a glance they looked excellent. The outdoor bath was very much enjoyed by my son & daughter in law. An excellent touch! Also the other rooftop terrace was lovely. One thing to note is there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Apart from that an excellent stay and the location is absolutely perfect for getting to all the sights. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony.
