"Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). "This flat was NOT what is pictured. There was no washer, no place to store clothing, it stunk, and the couch was not the sofa bed in the pictures or as originally described. We canceled upon walking into the flat. The host and stay company still have reimbursed me for the stay, even though it has been over 30 days.
