"the staff was very helpful. and did what they could to make us feel good, as our flight had been delayed by 5 hours. so we arrived very tired. the room was nice and clean, really nice size. 3rd floor with elevator. there is a little/some noise from the road all the time. but didn't bother us. the buffet was nice.. unfortunately we experienced a shortage of cups and plates and food. they absolutely did what they could to keep up. an idea might be to get a cart so you can put your used service there when you are done with breakfast. then it is gone and there is room for new guests immediately and more time to get things sorted out there is no shortage of food. despite this, we will come again and stay again.. because with the underground close to everything. thanks for a pleasant stay until we see you again."
