"We enjoyed the 3-bedroom apartment (with 2.5 bath) we stayed in during our trip to Banff/Canmore. The Lamphouse apartment was very clean from the entryway on the 1st floor to the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry on the 2nd floor all the way to the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. It is very organized and the right fit for our family and friends. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the number of dining chairs, there were only 4 chairs for a dining table that...

"Nice big flat, but if you’re sensitive to the smell of smoke from open fireplaces this is not the place to stay. The friendly staff changed our room to one that smelled less of smoke. Nice pool area and free shuttle service to downtown Banff"

"We had a nice, large room with a small, but fully equiped kitchen which was really good! The location was fine - about 30 min walk to downtown. The shuttle also stops right outside the hotel every 30-60 min - the hotel provides a complimentary bus pass, and the shuttle takes you right downtown in 5 min. The bus pass also works for the shuttle to the gondola, the hot springs and Minnewanka lake."
