"This was home base for our first vacation in 4 years and first time to Banff. We so enjoyed our 5 day visit, Buffaloberry is beautiful, hosts could not have been more lovely, the breakfasts were gourmet. We loved the best blueberry pancakes! Teresa and James the hosts know all the best places to hike and see around Banff. The rooms were so well appointed, sitting on the patio in the evening we could hear wind rustling through the trees. "We had a nice, large room with a small, but fully equiped kitchen which was really good! The location was fine - about 30 min walk to downtown. The shuttle also stops right outside the hotel every 30-60 min - the hotel provides a complimentary bus pass, and the shuttle takes you right downtown in 5 min. The bus pass also works for the shuttle to the gondola, the hot springs and Minnewanka lake."
