"All good. One thing that was annoying is when you stay more than one night the keys have to be reactivated each day which didn’t make sense. Few other guests had the same complaint. They should fix it. Overall a very nice and convenient place to stay. "

"We've been coming to Brockville for 5 years now, which means we've tried a few hotels and motels in the region. Every time we felt like we never truly found our perfect place to stay yet. But we now found it with Hampton Inn! This hotel is wonderful! The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and sound-proofed, bed is comfy, the hotel has an elevator and a pool, everything we could ask for. The breakfast options were great too, lots of variety. We're so pleased we found this place, we will be coming...

"This is the second time that I have stayed at Capt.’s Inn and both times were excellent! The staff is very nice and welcoming when checking in and when asking about any information about the Alexandria Bay Area. The room was very clean and tidy, it’s nice to walk in a room and smell that it’s clean. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. All in all, great place to stay! Will be back next summer!! "
