"Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The home was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was very clean. The owner responded to questions very quickly and was helpful and friendly. So many extras! Beach towels, water toys, plenty of bath towels, very ample cooking supplies. A delicious box of cupcakes waiting in the fridge for us. Plenty of comfortable seating at the end of the day. We would love to stay there again. Thankful for the hospitality!"

"The house was super cute & comfortable. Just enough space with all the essentials for the week. The deck was a favorite. The outside shower and separate garden hose area was great to quickly rinse the sand off from the beach. Beautiful views of sunset and easy, quick access to the beach. A wonderful place for family. "Upon arrival, we had enough paper products to last us a few days. The kitchen is well stocked. The only items we needed and didn’t have were muffin pans…we purchased and left for the next guests! The extra beach chairs were helpful in watching tv together at night (we have a 9 person family). The master king bed could use a soft mattress topper, but def would not defer us from renting again. The walk to the beach is a little far for the heat, but it was 3 min drive. We loved our stay and...

"Very nice and spacious. The cottage is well appointed, the pics do not do it justice. We had 4 adults & 2 kids under 10 with more than enough space. Bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The host, Martha, was very responsive and resourceful. Our professional beach pics turned out beautiful and golf cart rental was super easy. Both came highly recommended by our gracious host."
