"This was easily the loveliest place we have ever stayed. The staff are so kind and accommodating, the food is delicious, and the grounds are beautiful. Inness has so much to offer and so many areas to explore. We couldn’t have picked a better location for our engagement shoot. "

"This property completely met our needs. We were attending a 3-day family event, so we didn't do much cooking & I can't speak to activities in the area. As mentioned in another review, the property has a lot of levels (up or down 1-2 steps) in the main living area, but that was not an issue for us."

"The house is located off Woodland valley stream and has a nice outdoor area to sit by the fire and enjoy nature. The home is over 100 years old and although it is updated it still retains its old world charm."

"Comments on both good and bad. There were icy spots on the walkway to our room which could have caused a serious fall. The bathroom was warm and appeared upgraded But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Bath towels were small. My biggest complaint was the TV was OLD school. A small flat screen would have been nice. Lighting in the room was weak. The room was very warm. A very nice breakfast."

"This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my partner. The place was clean and inviting. There were a few snacks along with coffee and tea provided by the hosts. The bathroom was well stocked. The town itself is adorable with some good restaurants within close driving/walking distance and lots of outdoor activities. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river...
