"Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. "The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. There are beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner’s father. The owners are a lovely couple who greeted us on our arrival. "Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"Look no further if you want to enjoy gorgeous views of Soller and the surrounding mountains, while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity and privacy of your own home! The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. "Vi havede et fantastisk kort ophold, og alt var helt perfekt! Det eneste der manglede var en god kaffe maskine. Den der står i huset virker ikke. Det kunne måske være en maskine der kan lave forskellige former for kaffe. Ellers var alt super :-) Jeg lejer helt sikkert huset igen...."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Rafael war sehr freundlich, zeitlich flexibel und unkompliziert. Es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden! 2 Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhe, Gaskochfeld, Geschirr, sogar ne Kaffeemaschine inklusive Pads und ein Grillplatz mit Spülbecken. Der Pool ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle Platz. Zum Ballermann 5 sind es 15-20min mit dem Auto/Taxi, zum Flughafen ebenfalls. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca kann ich weiter...
